Excellent for a family meatloaf

This item needs a non-stick lining
My wife made meatloaf for the first time in this pan - which turned out quite well. The problem was that this item was the 'devil's own job to get clean'. This item would be very much better if it had a non-stick lining!

I absolutely love this brand. I have 1 Large/2 medium/ 2 small cookie sheets, and the roasting pan that comes with the metal grate on top. It holds up, does not rust, everything cooks evenly and easily cleans off. HIGHLY recommend this brand, you won’t be disappointed. PS, they are meant to be hand washed, but if you accidentally put it in the dishwasher you will expect some discoloration; however it’s still safe to use the pan per NordicWare. Can’t wait to make a meatloaf and banana bread in my new pan!

Great bakeware
Shipping was a little odd since it went through 2 shipping companies, but came on time.Really happy with the results of my Meatloaf. The trivet made cleaning so easy. I would like to see how a bread loaf would turn out in this. Since I already owned Nordicware baking sheets I purchased at the wholesale store, I new it would be great quality.
