I see some people say there is no smell in the can when opened. Well, they are right, but the awesome smell when I put 3 pieces in my simmering water for coffee is amazing. The flavor is the best I have tasted. When I drink my coffee with the cinnamon water, the smell makes my coffee the best ever.I put 3 pieces in a large pot of water, maybe about 1/2 gallon. I just put a lid on the pot and use and use the water for the next 3 days. I just leave it on the stove with the cinnamon sticks left in the water, and heat in a separate pot when needed.

I was surprised at how quickly my Ceylon cinnamon arrived. Very well packaged also. Taste great, and I like it with my mixed tea. Does come from Sri Lanka and always packaged nicely.

Awful. No smell at all, must be very very old.Yuck
