Kracie Kuru Kuru Takoyaki Popin' Cookin' DIY Candy

Tasted bizarre, but that was part of the fun. I have tried real takoyaki and this was kinda close to the real thing. This is one of the savory kits. It tries to taste like the actual food. The 'mayonnaise' was the weirdest tasting. I made the mistake of putting too much batter in one of the tiny molds so I was one was takoyaki short. Nonetheless, I had fun making this.

I've used this kit before, but it's always a fun time, especially with your friends! It's super easy to follow the instructions, and it always comes out tasting like takoyaki, albiet slightly artificial, which is to be expected with the powdered chemicals.

They do taste nice but are really really bizarre

Delivery was on time and We had tried a few different packets at Christmas and loved them so thought we would try some more. Our previous Japanese Kracie had been sweet ones but as soon as the video started on how to make it we realised it was the equivalent to Japan's battered octopus legs yes it may say this on the packet but as we do not read Japanese we were unaware when buying. They were easy to make but the smell was terrible when cooking . The lady demonstrating on You tube said it tasted of hotdogs they did NOT taste of hotdogs! the taste was really bad and would not recommend buying.
