I put the bike together today, and other than a few missing instructors, like how to attach the fenders it was super easy! Coincidently, the instructions, bike components, screen, etc., are EXACTLY what came on my wife’s HeyBike Cityscape 2.0.My first ride and I’m super happy with the quality, power, and performance of this bike. Great value!Honestly. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this bike after reading some of the Amazon reviews. However, after doing more research on the internet, many owners loved this bike. And now that I’ve got it, I couldn’t be happier!Only suggestion to improve is include an LED rear light.

My second eBike and first from Jasion. Shipping was pretty fast via FedEx, and set up was easy. Packaged nicely. Just put the front axel in, place the front wheel, then handlebars, then pedals. Put a full charge on it and go! Either pedal assist or twist the throttle and go about 25 MPH, probably faster if my legs were up for it. I love the color display - very clear and easy to read in daylight. Mechanical disk brakes are good - I feel hydraulic would be better but it seems most of these eBikes have mechanical disks. My front rotor was bent in shipping. A quick email to Jasion customer support and they sent a replacement rotor. Loving it!

On 2/14/24 I ordered the following item on Amazon:Jasion EB-X 26" Electric Bike for Adults, 500W Brushless Motor [Peak 750W] Ebike with 450Wh Removable Battery, [21 Speed Gear 22+MPH] Electric Mountain Bike, Commuting E Bike with Fork SuspensionThe shipment was received on 2/22/24, delivered by Fed Ex.Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed the front forks were crooked. The welds on the crossbar and forks were misaligned, making it impossible to install the front tire.The item was not damaged in shipment (the box and packing materials were fully intact).I found a variety of phone numbers on Jasion's webpage and various social media pages (Insta, X, Facebook). Only 1 actually worked but it kept going to voicemail, saying it was outside of business hours.The calls were made well within posted business hours for 2 days straight.This was a birthday present from my 14 year old son. Great present.I contacted Amazon to describe the issues I have encountered. They initially said to deal with the seller but after describing the circumstances to my contact attempts, agreed to send a message to Jasion on my behalf.Jasion's website touts:"Tight Control of the Production Process""Exercising rigorous oversight throughout the production chain, we meticulously manage every stage, from raw material acquisition to final assembly, ensuring an integrated and tightly controlled manufacturing process.""Consistent Quality - Our unwavering dedication to maintaining consistent quality standards defines our ethos, guaranteeing that every electric bicycle leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks for performance, durability, and overall excellence."These statements are untrue in my personal experience.I am getting no where with the company and at this point, feel like I have been scammed out of several hundred dollars. All I have asked for is a full refund of the purchase or immediate shipment of a defect free e-bike matching the price and expected quality of the item I purchased.

The instructions for putting it together aren’t very intuitive and could use some clarification. But once together it is a great bike especially for the price point. The front and rear wheel splash guards are very cheap plastic and we couldn’t get them lined up without rubbing on the tires.Considering the prices of some of the big brand electric bikes this is a great place to start. The bike works well, looks good, and gets you where you need to go. My 17 year old is using it instead of a car at this time. Added a rack to the back for some cargo and he is set.

It was pretty easy to put together but you may need a little bit of history using your hands. Good ride and the seat is very cushioned. I only ride on streets and some grassy areas. I don't know how well it would be for all out mountains and rough terrain.

Had the bike for about a week and it has been everything I expected and then some. Riding it in petal assist mode, the bike easily climbs all the hills on my normal route. There is one uphill section that just seems to never end, but this bike handles this section just fine. I have put 11 miles on it and the battery is still fully charged. I ride it in Pedal Assist Mode Level 1 so I am pedaling often, but with the motor assisting, the pedaling is easy.My only issue is with the seat, not very comfortable, but that is an easy add on that I can see coming in the near future.One thing to keep in mind is this bike has only an IPX4 rating which means that the battery can have water splashed on it, but it is not meant to be ridden during a moderate or heavy rainfall.Oh and the brakes are adequate, they stop the bike in good measure but could use some improvement.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase of this bike! No regrets!

It’s a nice bicycle, haven’t really got to ride it as of yet but taking it out over the holiday weekend to enjoy. I feel sure it will not disappoint.Appears to be a very sturdy bike.The instructions could be a little more detailed, some things were left out like installing fenders and headlight. But if you have put bikes together before you should be fine.The price was great, caught a sale.Overall I recommend this bike.
