Great identifier
At work, we have one staff who had one. And she used it as a status. Status is a thing for her as a bully. I bought mine, which looks like it matches the facility issued badge. So it kind of took her down a notch having people know she isn't the only Nurse in office. It also helps people know who they would like to ask for when calling back on something because they know we have discussed things
