Quality Hitch Extension
To completely lower the tailgate on my Ford Maverick, I needed to move my hitch mounted bike carrier a few inches further way from the rear of my truck. The 7" hitch extension worked perfectly.

Solid build.
It worked excellent. You can not use it truly on the longest of the three hole setting or it will rattle. It is nice to have the extra hole incase of emergency towing though. I gave it five stars, bc it is solid built.

Extend a receiver hitch
I bought a step receiver hitch which did not extend out past my tailgate when it was down. This extension was just right.
