My feet change throughout the day depending on what I am doing and because they are adjustable they adapt with me. Great support - gets me a bit towards the Ankle so would recommend a light sock underneath.

I have very high arches and work 12 hour shifts. These help a lot with support. Sizing up in shoes helps cause they can make your shoes a little snug inside. My feet don’t hurt as much when I get off work and my knees/hips feel less pressure too.

My husband is often doing building or yard projects and ends up with a sore back. We are building a new chicken coop and run right now and after working all day, he was having some trouble. He put this on and it helped support his back, lessened his pain and he likes the second set of adjustable straps that allow him to fit it just right to what feels comfortable.The brace is well made, the velcro on it is very strong and the material is breathable. It’s good to know we have this for times when his back is giving him problems and he can feel better in a short time.

It barely wraps my feet, this is too small for men, should be labeled for woman only.

Okay I obviously have back problems... And I need something to keep my back tight, especially when lifting things heavier... Okay whe. I first bought it, it fit well and kept things in check.. Until year follow.... The Velcro quickly wore out, and would often fall completely off, and now I have to have it on so tightly that I can hardly breathe just to keep it on... And don't get me started on what happens when I bend down or stoop down and the brace rides up, making my back hurt worse. Performance wise it's not so good, it's Versatility is okay for what it is....

Great arch support, when when my feet are up. No pinching, no exposed Velcro parts to create friction. I’m impressed with these and look forward to a lot of use. Arrived today and been wearing two hours.

Being flat footed I do not have much of an arch in my feet. This causes a lot of pain in my feet and ankles. So I decided to give these a try and they are great. I can wear them with or without socks, either way is comfortable. With the straps that go around your ankle these stay in place throughout the day. Yes I can wear them with shoes on which is great. They seem to be well made. They are both labeled so you know which one goes on which foot. The Velcro is sturdy keeping them in place.
