I bought this product simply to keep the camera steady when making moving videos... I can pan or zoom better than this product, but I CANNOT keep the camera from shaking when in rapid movement like this product can. Extremely satisfied with this purchase. I like that it came with a small detachable folding tripod, an LED light for those dark shots, as well as the extra features the app offers when using together with the product. Good price, good quality, great results.

As a gimbal, it worked very well, if it would actually sync to the Bluetooth signal on the phone you want to pair it with. If it doesn't pair to a device 100%, it won't be useful as a gimbal. Sure, it may pair (if you're lucky) but the overall functionality of the gimbal is dwindled down to a cell phone holder which slightly behaves like a gimbal, but with no other functionality than movement. The zoom and 'capture/record' buttons don't work at all. Usually, you would be using a manufacturer's specific app for a device like this, which makes sense, but if the app is horribly designed and isn't really compatible with your smartphone, it just makes the device you're planning to use it with useless. The app is supposed to unlock the true potential of the gimbal, but since it has issues with Bluetooth pairing, that potential is lost. The app allows the gimbal to do features such as "track & follow" (you designate a spot/object for the gimbal to follow and focus on, while you move freely), but the feature only works part of the time. For no apparent reason, one minute it works fine. The next minute, it doesn't work at all. To top things off, the app's "live camera mode" is choppy from time to time. Like the aforementioned features, for no apparent reason, one minute the live video is smooth, HD quality, the next minute, it gets so choppy, just like the old, 80s vhs camcorder style "slow motion" feature. I really wanted to like this gimbal, as it was designed really well. It felt solidly built and even had a nice carrying case. It's too bad that the app ultimately killed the potential, positive experience of this gimbal.

I would’ve given this item 5-stars for professional use. I just wish it wasn’t so hard to learn how to use. I’m having to use videos off the internet to learn how to use this Gizmo. They have an app but it’s not at Lo helpful. It’s gonna take time for me to get which is why I didn’t give it 1star.

Easy set up and use. You have to download the app but it comes with so many settings such as face recognition and follow and your hand gestures makes it easy for free hand use. So far nothing to complain about

This gimble seems as if it would have been awesome if it actually worked when it is supposed to. I haven’t had it long so I have not used it much, therefor there’s a bit of a learning curve. The first time I used it, I had trouble getting the gimble to connect to bluetooth. Also, it kept powering down or going limp after a few mins once it connected. One of the joints that rotate the gimble was hot and thought maybe this is why it kept shutting off. Eventually it worked and I had no other issues that day. The 2nd time I tried to use it, it powered on with no problems. Once I stopped recording for a few mins and started up again, it said the battery was low. It wasn’t. I had only used it once prior and made sure I charged it for the next use. Some one else has the exact same gimble and the reason I bought this one, hers was displaying some of the same issue of going limp after a few minutes and the roating joints being hot. After seeing that, I knew it wasn’t an isolated issue with mine. Now we’re at my 3rd use. I wanted to try one more time. The bluetooth kept disconnecting from wifi and the gimbal kept shutting off in the middle of filming and going limp again. I also noticed that all 3 rotating joints were hot. Reading the other reviews I would assume that maybe I received a bad gimble but after my neighbors gimble was doing some of the same issues, my conclusion is, when the gimbles rotating joins run hot, the gimble will not work properly and it wasn’t just mine unit that was bad.

I really enjoy my new toy although I’m still playing with it. My associate was showing me how to use it and it seemed so easy but then they’re a professional and I soon to be one as well. YouTube is my friend.

Anfangs hatte ich mit diesem teil Probleme, es funktionierte 5 Minuten, dann zeigte er Akku leer und man musst nachladen, Motor wurde heiss. Nachdem ich den Support angeschrieben hatte und auch Videos gesendet hatte, war klar, wo der Fehler liegt, es handelt sich um einfach falsch Bedienung. Man muss am Anfang das ausbalancieren, dann klappt das auch. Und es stimmt. Das Gerät schaltet ab, wenn es nicht richtig ausbalanciert ist. Man schickte mir ein Video, was ich hier auch hochgeladen haben, und damit klappte es dann. Einzig die 280g Gesamt reichen nur, wenn man USB-Stick ans Iphone steckt, für Festplatte ist es zu wenig. Deswegen werde ich jetzt auch den M6 kaufen, dann 400g reichen für ein Iphone 15 pro und eine Samsung T7 inkl. Halter

This gimbal is amazing and incredibly easy to use. I loved both the gimbal and its dedicated app. It's definitely one of the best gimbals I've purchased. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn't fully meet all my needs, and I managed to find a better, but used, alternative for a similar price. **Good Points:** 1. It's very smooth (no stutter in the motor). 2. Super easy to switch between vertical and landscape mode. 3. You can mount large phones (in landscape mode). 4. A lot of flexibility for motor rotation. 5. Very strong motor. 6. Dedicated app is well-developed and on par with DJI. 7. 600-degree inception mode. 8. Free carry case (I really love the case). **Negatives:** 1. Can't balance the gimbal in vertical mode with my S23 Ultra. 2. The slider button doesn't work very well with manual focus. 3. Impossible to balance with any ND filter (though I believe the gimbal motor can handle the weight if somehow you manage to balance the gimble). 4. All plastic built gives a cheap impression Overall I would definitely consider this gimble over DJI Osmo mobile 6

Esta gimbal é fácil de usar, intuitiva na app. Muito boa para quem se está a inicializar no mundo das gimbals e não quer gastar muito dinheiro. Mais que suficiente para o que quer. Decididamente recomendo o producto. A App da mesma também ajuda imenso na utilização da Gimbal.
