This is a cheap and easy costume and everything in it is just as per the listing. You get a pair of red plastic sunglasses, a whistle, a red bum bag with Guard on it, a sun visor with Lifeguard on it and a pair of 'one size fits most' shorts.The strap on the bum bag will adjust up to about a 38" waist and the shorts are elastic, un-stretched they will fit a 24" waist and they will stretch up to about 36" I would say. There is no label on them but I think they are polyester.For just over ten pounds its fair value I think.

This Lifeguard costume (style 2) contains almost everything you need to recreate the Baywatch vibe! I was quite surprised by the overall quality of the items included – they are not top notch but they are certainly good enough for fancy dress and will not leave you feeling cheap! The biggest issue, however, is the sizing. Do take note of the sizes of the shorts in the listing – whilst the title suggests that these are for adult men and women, and the size guide title states XL the actual sizes stated for length, thigh, waist etc ARE accurate. This is not an XL product and will not be suitable for most UK adult males. As a UK ladies size 12 I could get the shorts on but they were tight!! If you are a petite male or female OR more likely, a small teen, then this is a good option.The shorts are reasonable quality and not dissimilar to many soft sports shorts. The sun visor is a reasonable size (again, not overly big) and perhaps not such good quality/finish but perfectly serviceable. The whistle works and the sunglasses are, as expected, cheap plastic toy glasses.Oddly, I was most impressed by the bum bag!
