Love love love it!
The media could not be loaded. I saw this on a Youtube channel and had to have it when the trainer said he found it more difficult than using a skipping rope. I work from home and have a range of methods I use to keep fit without using conventional gym equipment. I've been sick for months and now getting better and looking to get back in shape.You can go as slowly or quickly as you want. and it comes with a very handy little remote control. It took some getting used to to begin with., or that might be my clumsy feet, lool! You can use one rope or two. Its rechargeable with a usb so you can take it anywhere. Can't believe I hadn't heard of it before now!
