This is so much easier to use than other Tens items!

This device is dangerous! Setup is easy by you have to give the app a lot of control of your google account. I wanted to give it a try so I did the setup and got started easily. Tried it twice only before returning it. Did the setup as advised in the manual and the first time it worked fine. It does not go back to zero power when you switch between the options which is dangerous, you have to do that manually. Second time it worked fine for 10 minutes as selected and turned off. Wanted to try another setting and turning it back on and got hit by a BIG surge (electrical schock). This thing is DANGEROUS, I immediately returned it and deleted the app including GOOGLE access. I can't recommend this device. I went back to using my AUVON Tens unit with the cables and pads, never had ANY issues there using it for years now, it is just not as convenient due to the cables but it works

I have a few EMS massagers from the past due to muscle pains. What I really didn't like about those traditional EMS massagers are:1. The pads - those can be only used few times, depending how lucky you are to maintain them.2. I's completely wired so it's very inconvenient to move while using them while holding a remote.This belt certainly has fixed those issues for me.1. It is USBC charged little device that goes on the belt so it's portable.2. It is water activated - no gel, no pads are required - no mess!3. It has an app in the appStore (for safety, please never ever bypass Apple/Google appstore for download).The app can detect bluetooth company product device, and the phone is the remote so I don't have to keep track another remote.The cons:1. Not sure if it's a general product issue or just the one I got. I feel the left back pad doesn't get as much power as the right side. The right side feel so much stronger and left is only 1/3-1/2 power only. (I even tried it upside down, and it's confirmed one pad is much stronger than the other one.)If it's for all the belts, I would suggest the software to provide left and right side control instead of both in one.2. DO NOT hit the stop button. It literally sends a power charge to both sides.

As long as you make sure the pads are lubed up adequately, it works very well. I really enjoy the fact that there are no wires and the belt holds everything in place nicely. I have tried many tens units, and this is definitely my favorite!

We have experience with TENS, so I was excited to get this for my husband where he could wear it with out having cords hanging every where. I swear I read it had heat, but it doesn't, and based off the name you would easily assume it had temp control. "Comfy Temp"? I won't return it because of the hassle, but disappointed I spent that much money and I could have spent the same for one that also included heat.

I was very excited when I received this item, I wanted to like this item however this item stopped working after one day of use…I was disappointed because it was very easy to setup and use right out of the box…Please don’t buy this item it’s really junk . Please stop selling this junk.

I have a lot of pain in between my shoulders that I knew would be helped by a tens unit. But they all use those pads you have to stick on. This is impossible to do by yourself. This thing let's me treat unreachable areas and it feels great.

I don't trust this thing, it requires water to put on the pads and then you turn it on, this thing gave me such an electric shock it was awful, through time and second guessing that I might have done something wrong, I tried it again and it was the same thing.I threw it out
