These characters just keep growing on me. It's a cluster@#$* of insanity. Violence, bloodshed, and romance twisted into a long running plot filled with snark. Plenty of spice.

I really enjoyed this book! It's a continuation of Charity, Luca, Max and Nico's story. We get some answers and Charity continues to be a bada$$ main character. Love the multiple POV's. Luca makes me want a hair pulling emoji!! I thought this was a trilogy but am pleasantly surprised this wasn't a trilogy. I hope book 4 comes out soon.

I loved this series !!!! The main character is awesome, it’s well written and I loved the plot. It’s a must read

Well, I've been properly destroyed by Ann-Marie Davis once again. I'm not going to give away much in this first review because it was just released. Let me just say, I never thought I could have so many feelings for a complete psychopath and Charity wears that badge proudly. There were times that my heart was crushed for her and I actually teared up. Should I be concerned that I empathize so much with a psycho? Maybe, or maybe that's just Ms. Davis doing what she does best, giving us amazing characters we can't help but love.This book felt longer than the other two before it. There was so much action, adventure, drama, love, and sexy times it could have been split into two books. Thank god she didn't because I couldn't wait for what happened in this story. Sometimes with romance books that long I lose a bit of interest in the middle but not this one. The story is so amazing and it's not a typical romance, I was fully engaged the entire time!The ending? Um wow! I wasn't expecting it, AT ALL. I'm not going to give away any spoilers here, I think it's best to just go into this book blind. However, I will say that I wanted to stab those Moreno men in the face at one point. I guess I was channeling my inner Charity. Personally, I think she needed to make them suffer more but I'm always into a man suffering over a woman when he messes up.All I can say is, click that buy button. You will NOT be disappointed. While you're at it get into Ann-Marie's world starting with "His Obsession" which is the first book I read from her and it stole my heart. Then move on to the Charity series with "Charity's Torment" and "Protecting Charity". I honestly cannot recommend this author highly enough.**I received this ARC for free for my open and honest review. This is the 3rd book in the Moreno family series. You must read books 1&2 first.After book 2 I was just itching to see Charity take down Kane. And I was not disappointed. Kane deserves every bad thing that ever happens to him.When I got to see Charity in her element, it was fantastic. However, her guys were awful in this book. Like WHY? I cried through 1/3 of this book, which means I am obviously invested in these characters. I will be reading book 4 and these boys better redeem themselves.And the FBI agent that basically turned her father against her? It was pretty epic how that turned out and I was like “what just happened?” So, I went back and reread it. I can’t decide how I feel about her dad. I want them to have their relationship back, but then I wonder what that relationship even is if he could turn on her like he did.To refrain from spoilers, I’m going to end here and anxiously await book four.

This book! All the feels! Seriously, mafia may be my new favorite genre to read thanks to Ann-Marie Davis. We are deep in it with Charity. Her never ending crusades to help those most vulnerable while walking, hell, crossing way over the line of morality. I get the same type of nervousness reading these books as I did watching Dexter back in the day. It is that fine line of wondering if she is going to survive the next few sentences! You have nothing but hope she will continue kicking butt.You know Charity is a kick a-- chick who loves to get her hands dirty. However, you see sides appearing that are a little more telling about her emotions for the three men in her life. There is little drama between them, however, they are all in a constant state of worry for her. They know that can't cage her and hope she will soar. They all seem to love her and shower her in differing forms of affection that she craves.Again, Ann-Marie will pull you in from the first chapter to the last. If I didn't have to work the next day, I would have pulled an all nighter to finish this in one sitting. However, I am not the young and need to rest my eyes some at night :). Definitely give this series a try, you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to book #4!

I sincerely hope that there is another book in the works! Otherwise that was a truly horrible ending! There were too many loose ends!

One thing I can say about this series is it’s not boring lol there is literally something or somebody in the world of charity that is either trying to kill her or cause mayhem. But charity being charity is hard to break, destroy and ruin.A few twists been thrown in with a few shocked surprises didn’t see coming but I know she’s gonna get her hea.It’s a series I’ve hard to try really hard to read as slow as I can as I don’t want it to end it’s that good. It’s entertaining, funny ( charity and her phrases )I don’t think I’ve ever come across like this mafia romance before, it’s definitely one of a kind.

The story was dark, dangerous and steamy with a gripping plot making me completely hooked. . I loved Charity and all the three guys. Amazing story. I am hoping I'll read more books by this author now.

This series is totally addicting. I love Charity and her relationship with all her men, cant wait for the next instalment

That ending?! Where are we going? I have no idea but I’m here for the ride.Nico remains my fav, Mr. Consigliere is the best. Max tried to steal my love but it didn’t happen. Luca? He keeps pushing my love/hate buttons.Charity remains my girl, even when she’s wrong she’s right; she can do no wrong, she’s perfect!

No sign of anything calming down in this third instalment. Who would have guessed who Charity's brother Josh had been conspiring with to 'shed his demons'?! The FBI d**k is still on her take and won't let up. It's war now that he has involved her parents - who refuse to speak to her. She is also getting a little tired of people trying to off her and her men! Charity gets wind of a human auction which is soon to be held, featuring the little girl she has been looking for. Her sister sold her before Charity snuffed out her life. She is now hell-bent on rescuing her. 🔥read.
