This does not work at all.. do not buy I did not return because It's going to take more work then what's its worth..done waste your 5 dollars

I'm someone who has a lot of ear wax. I clean my ears every day, but sometimes wax will just manage to build up or cause a blockage anyway. I tried the ear cleaning tool on my blocked ear and it actually got a majority of the obstructive wax out. The ear cleaning tool actually worked better than I thought it would.

I love the size, but the suction doesn't work and the attachment with the scoop is too hard and hurts the ear it should be made of soft silicone and it is made of hard plastic that scratches the ear canal. I don't like it at all.

However, steps on how to use can be found on the product listing page, but to me, this isn't a substitute for not including any information along with the device. Similarly, I don't feel confident it's even sanitary or hygienic since nothing was individually sealed or wrapped. Everything comes in a transparent storage case that isn't even sealed with shrink wrap, tape, or a sticker indicating it hasn't been tampered with. Once it's powered on the motor starts going and has some suction, but it's a little unsettling sticking a whirring motor sound into your ear with no instructions on how to use or reassurance that the product is even sanitary. I expected the motor to sound more of a low buzz sound and not like a dental tool going into your ear canal.Pros:Storage case to keep everything together and a AAA battery to power the ear cleaner. There's two white tubes and a small black brush, but no idea what the difference between the white tubes are (if there is any) or the purpose of the black brush.I didn't spend too long trying to clean my ears with this device so I'm unsure of its functionality, it doesn't appear safe or hygenic to use.
