This is a great little gadget. It's smaller than I expected but the rim of the cup is meant to protrude slightly so this isn't an issue. It took a few attempts the first time. Here's what worked best for me.Use a tiny drop of lube inside the mouth of the tube (opposite end to the finger grip) wipe lube off fingers with a tissue or wash your hands. Fold cup with a C fold. Insert the inner tube and put the tail of your cup through the hole at the top of the tube (opposite end to the grip) and push the cup in firmly letting the inner tube slide out as you do (if you hold the tube cup end down the inner tube shouldn't accidentally slide out).Lube the rim of the cup and the top end of the outside the tube (a little goes a long way). Gently slide in to the desired depth (don't push all the way in or you won't be able to reach the tail to pull it out if you have mobility/reach issues).Note, just as when you insert by hand the cup might not pop open. I usually do a few pelvic-floor exercises whilst gently pulling the tail and it usually does the trick.Top tip. If you have a failure wash all the lube off before trying again. Try not to get lube on the grippy bit of the tube.Bonus - because it's small and has a cap you can pop it in a make-up bag and carry it round. I'd take a small plastic bag to pop it in after use.

Absolutely rubbish!!! As a first time cup user, I was having troubles with insertion, so bought this to help and it's completely rubbish, a waste of my £15.99 and I can't even return it because I've used it.I thought this would be similar to a tampon applicator and in a way it is, but the top of the cup is still pretty large to insert and the cup kept on getting stuck inside the applicator.

Would be very hard to use as its very small and its hard to even use a small cup with it

I was really excited about this product as a first time cup user, I thought this was going to be amazing. Anyways it was amazing for the 1 time I was able to use it for. The cup went in so good and didn’t get stuck or anything in the applicator. But the bottom of the applicator snapped off after the first use. So it is still usable but can’t put the lid back on otherwise it gets stuck inside and I cannot get it out.

Easy to use and clean. Great for beginners. Comes with lube for easy application of menstrual cup. Works with any brand of cup.

Found this such a game changer for inserting the Period Cup. Made it so much easier.

I can not use this product on my existing cup or the same brand of cup. I managed to fold the cup into the applicator just about with the lube but cannot deploy as it’s so wedged in there. Frustrating waste of money

Only used the lube out of these when trying out new products. Doesn't really help as you still need your hands to put them into place. Only thing i would recommend is the lube not the tube.
