It worked without breaking. I even used a pipe on the breaker bar for more tourqe. It pulled the pitman arm off a1990 f350. I did used a lot of beakfree spray first. No heat needed. I thought it was going to break but the arm popped loose

Helped fix my control arms
Significantly cheaper than what the dealership expects you to use! Works great, seems sturdy enough.

Great for older cars
I bought this kit or power steering rebuld and it worked out great. It was heavier duty than expected. I would recommend this set to anyone who needs to rebuild a front suspension. I used it on a 66 Mustang in some tight places so I am glad the kit came with such a good assortment. I used three different clamps to take off my control arm.

It works, but for how long?
Used this to remove the upper and lower control arm joints, front center link, and tie end rods for my 2000 Nissan Frontier V6 2WD. I am a certified youtube mechanic and been attempting to rebuild the truck. As long you have the mechanical know how and work safely on cars, this kit works really well. I am not sure if it is going to last for long as the latched to remove the joint bent slightly, still works but longevity will be seen in the future. Overall good kit as it comes with everything you need to do most of the work yourself.

Wrecking yard
Great quality, easy to use. Great product for the price, Bought this kit for going to a wrecking yard and sure made my removals easy and fast. Used on all types of cars, no complaints only question is how long will these last

Junk
Total junk. Unable to use on front suspension job, 2008 Honda Element. The ball joint separator and a puller both bent are unusable. Not sure what kind of metal they're made from but it's cheap and bends pretty easily. Going to return this for sure!!!

The cross one is the only one in the kit worth a damn but all in all I spent almost $80 on different ball joint removal tools and I should have just started with this
