Frustrating
It was not easy to understand how to connect to speaker. There is no troubleshooting information nor a costumer service phone number. I was able to connect by trial & error. It is not necessary to have wifi to connect

used as a tour guide mic utilizing the aux on the vehicle line in... works excellent and clear sound and volume

Really good sound, you need an amp to plug this into to make it work.
I really like the audio quality of these mics, very clear and the battery life was great. You will need an amp or sound system to make these work. I used them with an amp to host a large bingo game. I do not know how effective they would be at karaoke as I am not sure how you would incorporate the background music.

do not buy
2 weeks after the return window closed the microphone doesn't work properly. we have tried everything it suggested for troubleshooting and still it breaks up and stops working intermittenly We don't know what to do next, wasted our money.

Intermittent connection drop even at short distance between mic and receiver.
I have both this mic and the Kithouse K28. Both offer nice sound quality when the connection between the mics and receiver is stable. It's embarrassing when the connection cuts out and often cracking sounds. I have tried all combinations of channels but still bad connections even at 2 meters away. I hope there's an updated receiver. Impossible to find the support email.
