I've used about half my order and I'm never going back to plastic kitchen bags. These are tough, nice looking, and go out with the trash just like the plastic ones did. If compostable bags have gotten this good, there is absolutely no need for anyone to use plastic ones ever again.

These bags are very thick and sturdy. Very pleased

Unfortunately we received these and each bag was unsealed at the bottom. So we had to tie them off at the bottom and they could only hold less than half of what they should. Also the handles wouldn’t separate making the hole at the top smaller than it should be, hard to open, and hard to fit over the trash can opening. Clearly something happened in the production process.

Fits better than prior bags

These were the best of several biodegradable trash bags we tried. We would order them again, but then ran into ~10% of the bags having holes in the bottom. Looks like the seams were not secured.

Burst open when full. Makes a mess. Will never buy again.

If you found this review before buying; consider yourself the luckiest person alive. These plant bags are toxic to human health; they are similar to those supermarket produce bags. HIGHLY toxic to human health. Just 1 bag can contaminate your air. Biodegradable = Will quickly ruin your air, your lungs and cause cell disruption. Not to mention will land on every object it passes. I'm dead serious, even my tiny electronics had this bag residue INSIDE of them. We have to find another way around this plastic and biodegradable bag problem. Black Unscented garbage bags are surprisingly safer. (sadly) And Paper waste bags would be the safest. Protect your health and your stuff, keep this out of your living space.

These are the best bags that I’ve found to line my large green compost bin. They are strong and much larger than what I could get at Walmart. The handles are easy to tie.

Good Sized • Durable • Love The Ties!

These are very large, roomie and have a nice handle that makes it easy to tie. That being said they also are extremely fragile, and if they get wet even a little they will rip. I’ve had the entire bag dump on the floor because something leaked. I like them, but I’ve been using them for only dryer compost such as paper. Since I have animal cages I have to clean, I will buy them again since the price is right. I do usually have to double up though, because they are so fragile.
