Sleep help was much needed!
I have been using this for about two weeks. It started off working wonderfully. Then it wasn't helping at all. I was ready to give up because I've been unable to get to sleep for months since my last surgery. I decided to try again. It works most of the time-- so I ordered more. I have tried melatonin and prescription sleep aids in the past with no help at all. A massage therapist told me about valerian root.

Slows my kiddo down during bedtime routine naturally.
Bought this to help relax my son with Asperger’s to relax him at night without any melatonin. For the first time, he actually slows down and sleeps with dreams through the whole night (from 9-7) which is very long for him. I’m not sure if he sleeps the whole time, but that when I hear him up and about.

Works like a charm
I sleep awful. My adrenals are ruined. But this knocks me out in about 30-40 min and I stay asleep most of the night now. A little groggy in the morning but worth it and fine after a little caffeine

I used it for a few weeks without noticing any difference. I didn't like the taste either. It's easy to use, just a few drops in water and you're good to go. I'm not sure if it worked, but it's natural and has magnesium in it, which is great.
