Why this product and this seller are not getting constant 5 stars for this product blows my mind. Not only were they responsive and answered my questions upon my purchase, they were clear and concise and overall a pleasure to deal with. This product is absolutely insanely cool. Not only am I able to finally find a device that'll actually work (unlike KINHANK, I hate those folks) but I'm actually able to play retro games all the way up to PlayStation 3! The game library is on point, with the ability to add or delete more if I want too. Which I'm sure I will at some point bcuz there are never many sports games on any of these Chinese devices and those are usually my go too. Aside from that, and not having an Xbox emulator available and working, for 40 bucks this is a deal and a half. Those of you folks who are talking negatively about this item are either simply using a computer that is too old or slow, or have somehow not figured out that you don't need to install anything (at least I didn't bcuz I followed some guys instructions on YouTube who posted about this item in the first place) and all you simply need to do is click on the retrobat.exe file that says APPLICATION next to it and let it load! Simple as that. Works amazingly well and is the total opposite of KINHANK devices bcuz they don't load it with duplicates of every single game and tell you there's 100,000 games on it when realistically it's only got 35,000 bcuz they hike up the numbers thinking they'll sell more if they post bigger game numbers. That's simply not the case here. No duplicates, super clean and buttery smooth interface, and great game selection makes for one awesome experience that I highly recommend getting. BTW, I just paired it with my 8bitdo wireless Xbox style controller using the dongle and it's mapped perfect without any issues. But I'm sure a regular Xbox controller will work the same way. Do yourself and this guy or company or whoever it is that sells this device a favor and pick one up for yourself and someone else bcuz honestly it's only $40 when in reality they could probably sell it for $100 and still be legit. tons of games, easy to use. nice

I have been really impressed with it so far. All I had to do was put the USB into my computer. And Find it in Device and drives. " MAKE SURE YOU RUN AN ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM ON IT BEFORE DO ANYTHING WITH IT. I FOUND 2 Trojan.Gen.9 and 5 Heur.AdvMLB VIRUS. I found them with my Norton AntiVirus. One I had them taken care of every thing else has been good. And it's selection of games is really good. It doesn't have everything. But I have been pleasantly surprised with some I have found for the Sega Genesis and the NES. And there are so many games for so many different systems it would take you forever to just brows through your options. Just remember run a virus scan though it first then have fun.

Yep. Scan it and remove the few intrusions before use. I think I had 20 which is about par for the course on these things. But this is the first of these type of devices (believe it's my 8th, including handhelds) that plays Hydro Thunder on N64 competently. Always seems to be a problem game. The Burnouts also run really great. And a humming Crazy Taxi on the GameCube alone is worth the price of this thing. A very few games run like crap but this is a winner overall. Don't really care about the PC games here but a bonus if you're into that.

This Retro Game Console HDD 500GB is a letdown. Upon plugging it in, it emits strange noises reminiscent of a malfunctioning device. Worse yet, despite numerous attempts to connect to my PC, it only shows up as 3.86 GB. I cannot access anything else. Upon inspection, it turns out to be nothing more than a repurposed used laptop hard drive. Don't waste your money on this product.

Edited. I have to say they have excellent customer support. They are helping me with my issue and getting it resolved. I’m excited. As I stated before, the selection of games and all being housed under one program makes this a heck of a deal. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ I was excited to get this product and was sorely disappointed. It seems they are using old laptop hard drives and therefore makes these drives life very short. I plugged it in as soon as I got it, started playing a game and then it crashed. Not sure what caused the crash but afterwards windows would not even recognize the drive. I went into disk management and was able to see it but it was corrupted and inaccessible. Being CompTIA certified, I tried every trick I could to bring back the hard drive to life. Nothing worked. And now I am forced to send it back and go through that whole process when I planned on keeping it for life and start my game preservation library started. It’s all just a disappointment.

Its not bad, has lots of consoles but when i get to the ps2 ps3 games ...welll thats just not working

Can't get this thing to work my mini pc does not read enemy thing from it I have tried every thing

This has not got playnite on it when it says 2 in 1 so playnite is not on
