Fantastic pancake pan! This is my second purchase of a ceramic pancake pan, what an upgrade! Well built, great weight and heat distribution. It requires a bit of pampering with care but the performance is well worth it.

I have use the pan a few times, I realize that it takes time to get hot! However, once is hot is is perfect for warming up tortillas, making quesadillas, fried eggs etc. I love it!!! Easy to clean! I have not use it yet in oven
