Do seem to work (for me at least)
I have used these for years after decades of running took their toll. They do seem to help and there is some literature on the Web that is positive. If your alternative is glucosamine and chondroitin, I would choose Piascledine.

Great food supplement for joints problems.
I'm a regular user of this capsules. Take it for 2 months and then stop for a month and then repeat. Works better than glucosamine and other stuff.
