I need a laptop on occasion but not often. I did not want to upgrade my old one. This was cheaper than upgrading my old one and does more. Looks good, doesn’t’t look used, operates perfectly. Ordered one for me and one for a friend. We’re both very happy. Good deal.

This might be more of a reflection of the seller as opposed to the item itself. Had I seen a listing for a Dell Chromebook with 8.8GB of storage I never would have bought it. I am currently using an Asus but the keyboard has gone out so I have an external keyboard which is a lot to carry with me. So where do I begin? First thing I noticed was it took quite a long time to boot. I have been using chromebook for about six years now and one thing I love is you turn it on and boom it's right there. This one was taking so long that I was beginning to think it was DOA. It finally came up and began the set up process. Ordinarily, when I do this my chrome account comes up. My wallpaper etc... is already set. Well, on this one it recognized my name but nothing else. I had to set up the wallpaper etc... This was, of course annoying but the final straw was when I was checking everything out I saw that rather than the 64gb in the description it only had 8.8 gb AND it said that the system was using most of it already! (I am rather annoyed with myself that I became frustrated enough that I forgot to grab a screen capture). I immediately went to my other computer and started the return process and power washed the Dell. It is on its way back. Bottom line I will not trust any renewed item again. I do not know if it was an honest error by the seller or what. What I know for certain is that the item I received was not what was listed.

Fast delivery. Packaged very well in several layers of bubble wrap, and strong shipping box. Screen and keyboard appear to be very clean and free of defects at this time. Battery life is what would be expected and holds charge for at least a few hours. Charging cable and transformer were covered in a sticky residue from what may have been heavy tape wrapped around them, nothing a little "goof-off" couldn't handle. My only negative thus far is the several deep scratches on the outside of the case. which is to be expected due to the nature of this devices original use and ownership. The hinges are strong, and the case closes tightly. For the price point, it is a very nice Chromebook, and will be used for our non-profit organization for as long as it operates. Which I feel we may get a few years out, before the technology changes and an upgraded device will be required.

It's easy and fast and comfortable to use I'm enjoying some new things I found on it

Works great for getting on internet however downloading games on it hasn't worked as of yet. Easy to use and was fair on price

Una buena portátil versátil

Todo funciona bien, solo que me enviaron con solo 16 gb de rom y el equipo debe de ser de 64 gb , y estoy molesto y estoy pensado si lo regreso despues. El problema que es mucho tramite el regreso y engorroso y en realidad esta muy reducido el disco duro , solo le cargue el linux y ahora solo tengo 3 gb de uso.

La estética de la lap top es bastante buena, sin embargo tuve que llevarla con un Ing ya que no podía descargas más programas y a la hora de checarla descubrí que es de 16GB, nada que ver con lo que prometen (64GB) y el mouse del teclado no sirve en algunos momentos.
