Got broken after light use within 1 year

This camera works well. Photo here is a camera phone pic of the screen with the camera probe down our toilet. Picture was nice and clear. However, it was immediately obvious that what I really need is one with a steerable head. It took about 30 minutes of messing around with this to get the camera into this position. Pushing it through the bends in a toilet is not easy. It often bends the wrong way, and you just have to pull it out and try again. In the pic you can see a little wire or something. Now I want to try to hook that with the included hook, but how can I without the ability to steer it? Still 5 stars, because it does what is promised, I just didn't realize I was going to want more.

I was able to see under my kitchen cabinet! This is often a source of hidden mold and cabinet makers do not make inspection easy. I pulled off the dishwasher kick plate and there was a gap on the bottom of the sink cabinet big enough to get thru. It did take some maneuvering to get the camera flipped in the correct position but I don't care. I got the answer and peace of mind I needed. Great tool. Picture was great.

Like better than the Bluetooth phone model I have.
