Check if the infrared light is active at night. If so, follow the video at youtube.com/watch?v=DhMqSmuSgBs to re-pair the camera with the monitor for viewing. If not, try using another camera's charger to power it on.

Q: Why can't I view the camera on both the monitor and my phone simultaneously?

It could be due to adding cameras by scanning QR code stickers on the casings. First, delete all added cameras in the app. Then, on the monitor, click 'Fast Network' to reveal the Cloud ID QR code. In the app, scan the monitor's QR code to add them.

Q: What is the length of the camera's power cord? I would like to extend it.

The length is 1.2 meters (4 feet). To extend the length, please search for ASIN: B07D6J2FGD and B07L4QMKW7 to find power extension cables available in various lengths, including 1.64ft 3.28ft 6.56ft 10ft 16.4ft 33ft 66ft.

To enable 24-hour recording, please go to screen > Record Setup > Record Schedule and enable Time type recording.
