Luxury Vanilla is great!
Saw a lot of the reviews and yes it doesn't mix the best however simple solution just blend it for about 1-2 Minute.I did have high expectations on the flavour reading the reviews but personally its the best flavoured protien shake i've ever had tasted like vanilla ice cream when blended with milk make sure to put in a lot of ice cubes though.

Dry, sandy and dissapointing
As protein powders go this is by no means the best. It's so incredibly powdery, infact it almost has a sand like texture when drinking. If highly recommend using a blender when mixing this, when using a normal shaker you get huge clumps of powder - no matter how long you shake it for.

1 serving: Add 2 level scoops of powder to 500-600ml of ice cold water or milk and shake or blend for 10 seconds. Add 1 further scoop of powder and shake or blend again for 10 seconds. (3 scoops in total). PhD Advanced Mass can be used 90 minutes before training, post training or at any time during the day to increase calorie intake.
