At first, I was worried about using this product based on some of the other reviews, but it turns out these sheets are really nice and convenient! I only use half a sheet, and I don't notice any residue on my dishes. They clean about as well as the Cascade liquid dish soap.

We ordered them thinking it would be a great idea to use a sheet of dishwasher cleaner. Reloaded the dishwasher normally, put in a sheet and started the machine. It seemed to run normally for a few moments but then the machine stopped and went into an error. We opened the door of the dishwasher and there was foam soap all in the bottom of the machine and the error code was telling us that there was excessive suds plugging up the valve. We had to take the bottom of the dishwasher plate off and clean out a sensor that was full of soap and let the machine dry out. We weren't sure if the machine would work again but fortunately for us after a couple of days of drying we put it back together and it worked. Not sure why the sheet failed to dispense the suds correctly and caused it to shut down All I can think is that the sheet did not dissolve correctly and caused the clog. I tossed the rest of them in the trash. I have never had a problem using other types of detergent but I will not try a sheet again. All I can say is buy at your own risk.

I was happy with this product when I first used it. However, it does not always dissolve even when placed on the bottom rack where the water can get at it easily, making it necessary to run the whole load again. It also doesn’t remove tea stains in cups or from the glass pitcher we use for ice tea when the sheet does dissolve

I was little skeptical of this of its format. The soap sheets looks like thin cards. I wanted to try it out. I always bought the packaged dishwashing capsules. My dishes ,pots and pans come out clean just like capsules. I mostly run 1 hour wash cycles with half a sheet /card. The cards/sheet allows you to break it in half easily.

I wish I would love it as the idea is great and the eco friendly aspect is great without using the harsh chemicals. I try to use these eco friendly products in general but a lot of the time they are unfortunately inferior to the harsh ones (for obvious reasons). Which is usually fine —however unfortunatly this one was not it. As per instructions I put two sheets in for a full load and the dishes still come out not very clean …. It doesn’t really do that great on grease or even taking the coffee rings off the cup/coffee spoon… realistically I have to rewash 1/3-1/2 of the load whenever I do it or just end up handwashing it. Here are a few things from this last load for reference —sorry lighting isn’t too great to show the coffee rings but you can see where the coffee was in this mug pretty easily as if it wasn’t really washed.Note that for this review (it is was noticibly worse than typical eco friendly products) I even had maintinence come and clean out the dishwasher to make sure I wasn’t losing it … as the cleaning of it ain’t great at all….. and then I used other products I still had a bit of too and the dishes came out fine compared to this oneThe one thing I will say is that their customer service is great and were able to get me a replacement item very fast as the first one came in damaged and smelling fishy —which they sent me a new one right away and I got it in a few days. … so the one extra star for them.

I am very impressed how well this dishwasher soap works and it was cheaper then the national brands. I will be buying this next time I need detergent,plus you get 90 loads.
