Love this sign! Put it up above my bar cart. I get so many compliments on it! I will say, the remote doesn't come with a battery and that has to be purchased separately.

This was a pain to install, mainly because the wire is so short. Why is the USB cord so short if the sign is supposed to be mounted or hung?PROS1. Lights well2. Pretty, legible font3. DimmableCONS1. Short USB Cord2. May have to come out of pocket for additional materials prior to use. (I needed an extension cord, battery for remote, and a USB outlet adaptor).3. The manual contains false information, specifically related to the tools in the box that will be used to mount. It had an extra material that did not come in the box.4. Remote arrived without a battery already inside. I’ve never received a remote like this without it already having a battery. I’m used to just pulling out the small plastic tab before using remotes like these.5. Sign arrived in 2 pieces that were joined by a short clear cord. This was annoying as when trying to mount one piece, the other would dangle about. I was afraid the other piece would snap off as a result or the wiring would be damaged. Get someone to hold the second piece for you as you mount the first piece.6. If you want to mount the sign stacked, it’s difficult because of the short wire that joins the two pieces limits how you can configure the pieces.GRASS WALL INSTALLATIONWe ended up cutting the silver wires it came with and fished those through each hole on the sign, then through the grids of the grass panels, tied them, then twisted them to tighten, and cut the excess. We also fished the lighting cord under the grass panels and connected the extension cord from the side instead of down the middle. (Do what works best for your outlet location).Came out great after a lot of brainstorming. Don’t know whether to recommend or not 🤷🏽‍♀️

The lighting is really nice and I like that it’s controlled by a remote. But the remote stopped working and they don’t have any replacements available or a way to reach out to them. I paid $60 so sucks it doesn’t work now.They sent me new remote and that worked for a few weeks now the entire light doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. I tried on multiple outlets and changed out charger block. Nothing worked. All wires are in tact but the light won’t work now

Got this because of what it says Good Vibes only! Also love that it is adjustable on the light brightness! Super great light neon Style definitely recommend
