Itchy and not plush
Item arrived vacuum sealed and never really plumped up. Material and seams are a scratchy material.

Really poor quality
This is a cute pillow from afar but up close it is VERY cheap quality. It looks good from afar but just be aware that it is very noticeably cheap up lose. Seams are sticking out everything, thereโs plastic-type of stuff stuck on the lettering, etc.
