I love that this also has a top compartment for my small special items. In the event of an emergency I will be able to either grab the handles, or wheel out and go with all of my important documents and valuables. I have had it for several months and have been in and out of it numerous times—the zipper quality is durable and I have found it to be very functional. With my items in the compartment on the top I need to lift the top down, but the weight of my items does not compromise the stability of the box. I have not had a fire so I can’t speak to that, but I purchased it mainly to be a secure box for my documents that would be easy to remove it I had to quickly evacuate.
