Daylight24202071-15 Adjustable Beam LED Desk Lamp, 8.47" x 5.9" x 19.5", Brushed Nickel

We had previously purchased this lamp in the floor lamp model. We liked its brightness which can be focused on Sudokus that we do in the living room at nighttime. Since it worked so well, we ordered this one to set up on the piano so the notes showed more clearly than they did with an ordinary 150 wt. lamp we had (with a lampshade). The bulb is not replaceable which worried me at first, but it should last many years. We also like its minimalist & sleek style.

Adjustable lamps (neck and brightness) are sometimes exactly what you need for certain environments and tasks. This lamp is sturdy and the lamp is adjustable. In those senses, this product is good. But, there are many products in this segment and this one is a bit pricey for what it is. I checked out several alternatives before ordering this one, but it's difficult to completely evaluate a lamp without seeing and using it. I might be it again, but I'd probably visit a lamp store to physically inspect others next time. All in all--good, but nothing special.

I purchased a “second” at a reduced price and was able to straighten out the metal on the base. It’s near perfect now

Loved it initially. But when the light gave out after about 1-1/2 years was very disappointed. Too expensive for such a short life span. Didn't actually use it very often. Probably would have stopped working sooner if I had.
