This massage wand is mighty and features 5 speed settings in total and I believe 8 massage patterns. I love the feel and design. It feels well made and very smooth, no poorly finished edges and everything looks perfected. Very premium look and feel.The charger socket is proprietary with a magnetic style connection. The device is meant to be fully waterproof but the rating is IPX6 and through my research IPX7 is fully waterproof but I'm not sure on that front. You don't get a travel bag alongside the massage wand so you will need your own. Overall I'm really pleased and would highly recommend trying this wand and the brand!

Once it arrived charged it up but it wouldnt turn on! Then i couldn't return it as it wasnt eligable to return! I did see another review that said this but i got in touch with customer services who were brilliant and told them and they refunded me. Wouldnt give it any stars if that option was there.

I'm absolutely buzzing with this, it really hits the spot. I'm perhaps aiming a little lower than the neck muscles but wherever you choose to apply this its got a good range and plenty of different levels to make sure it gets the job done. Its smooth, not too heavy and unlike some others I've had where the charger was like a long pin you inserted in the bottom, this has a magnetic charger, less prone to breaking and risk of water ingress.

This item isn’t an effective massager, so it’s no good at all in my view. It’s also non-returnable/non-refundable, which I didn’t realise at time of purchase. I had to contact Amazon direct for a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  Too loud I can’t even use it, unless you live alone but jeez it gives me an earache

I really like this hand held massager. I primarily use it on my upper back, neck, and shoulders, and it works great to massage the muscles and relieve the tension. Before this one, I had been trying to use one of the big gun shaped massagers that worked well, but it was just too big and heavy to hold for very long. This one is small so it's easy to use in any situation. I can use it when I'm just sitting on the couch watching TVThere are many different modes and intensities to choose from depending on your preference which is nice. When it's turned off it will restart on the same mode last used. The only down side to this is that you just have to cycle through all the modes if you need to get back to a previous one. I wish there was some way to reset it to the beginning or maybe a numbered option to select the mode, but I pretty much use the same one each time so it's not a big deal for me. It's got good battery life, and is waterproof

This massager is about the size of a microphone. It is lightweight, waterproof, smooth to the touch, and really easy to clean. It comes with a USB charger cord and the hole for the charging port may be somewhat deceiving if you've never had a device that is waterproof and similar to this one. There's a little circle indent on the bottom of the massager and you push the charger end into the indent and it will push through and plug into the massager. It has 25 different vibration patterns and 5 levels of vibration intensity. What I really like most about this massager is that it remembers the intensity and vibrating pattern that was last used. That makes it so much easier to turn on and use right away rather than cycling through several patterns to find the one you like best.

This massage wand is amazing! It has a medium size that massages a decent area but also is lightweight and easy to hold and position for long periods of time. The neck has a nice rigidity but mild flexibility for pressure on a spot. Outside has a nice soft silicone with a slight texture that adds grip but still easy to clean.Awesome control over the power and patterns with separate buttons for each. The power of the vibration starts on the max level which is very high but can be adjusted with the top button to four incremental levels below the highest. The next button down from the top controls the pattern with 25 different unique patterns which is insane on toy like this. The last button is the power button just turning on and off the device.Overall an incredible massager design with plenty of settings and power.
