You can use it with any meal😋
I recently tried Ajimori Sauce, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The flavor is rich, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess that adds a delightful twist to any dish. Whether used as a marinade, dipping sauce, or seasoning, it never fails to impress. I particularly love how versatile it is, complementing everything from grilled meats to stir-fries and even salads. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and it's clear that a lot of care and attention went into crafting this sauce. Ajimori Sauce has become a staple in my kitchen, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their culinary creations.

Unable to use
When I received my sauce it came without a seal and the second I opened it, it started to overflow like one of those lil kids exploding volcano science kits. It may have just been my order but from my experience I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very nice departure from plain old Duke's (which I love).
Very nice. Umami seems to come from some sort of fungal source. Delicious.

Freaking Weird 😲
Well, I would like to be able to say that I liked this product, but I was scared to taste it. When I opened it, it spude like hot lava out of the bottle...I was like, I see you botulism!!!

Very nice
I see other reviews saying their bottle erupted like a volcano, or that there was no seal in place at all. I didn't have any problems with mine. The foil seal was in place, no volcanic activity was observed, the sauce smelled great and tastes great too. My turn to get lucky, at last! The sauce is really good, I've had it on sandwiches and wraps where it's a drop-in replacement for mayo. There is a strong hint of sesame oil which is kind of odd as I don't think sesame is listed in the ingredients, but it's there, as it has been with all of this brand's sauces. Some may not enjoy that, others will love it as we did.

Versatile, delicious spicy mao
I guess I was fortunate to not have experienced any overflow, which is good, because I really like this sriracha mayo. I am not a huge fan of mayonnaise in the first place; it has to be doctored (like this one) in order for me to appreciate it. This is sriracha mayo plus, and as I said, it’s quite good. It’s perfect on sushi, of course, and definitely more flavorful than the traditional sriracha mayo I always buy in the grocery stores. It’s also quite good on a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and smoked cheddar, as a chicken salad dressing, and a great addition to my homemade crab dip. I found myself dipping me-sized bites of crab into the mayo on the side as I was prepping because it was such a good combination. I see that this mayo is currently unavailable, but I do hope it comes back because I would love to reorder.

A delicious chili mayo
This is a really good chili mayo. It's very thick. It's very creamy. It's got just the right amount of heat. It's got a rich, complex flavor. I've already used it on pork, beef, chicken and even fish. It's really good. It's now one of the two bottles (along with coconut aminos) that come out with almost every dinner. All that said, the ingredients label is woefully inadequate. It lists "mayo" as the primary ingredient. Mayo made from what? Soy sauce made from what? These ingredients are supposed to be broken down with their components listed.Overall, I like it a lot. I'm deducting a star for the incomplete ingredients.

Mayo mix with a little kick!
This mayonnaise mix is really tasty! It's just a little sweeter than normal mayo, but with a back-of-the-throat spice that kicks in slowly and builds over time. Even then, it's never overly spicy, just enough heat to give it an extra boost.Even my husband, who isn't a fan of spicy stuff, really likes the flavor and has been using a little of it alongside normal mayo to cut the heat level down a bit.Looking at the other reviews, I guess I got lucky! The bottle I received was well sealed and I didn't have any problems with it leaking out (or worse!) when I opened it.It's probably obvious since there's mayonnaise in it, but be aware you do need to refrigerate this after opening. I noticed it didn't say that anywhere on the bottle, though it did mention it on the exterior box.
