A great product with varying degrees of difficulty. Perhaps only criticism is include one or two more bands with more resistance to replace the less resistant ones, although some folks might like the less resistant bands.

Very good for the price. Love the sizes and how they are horrible. Very versatile with the residence and they are very high quality and stability. No need for instructions. Very stable. Very portable.

The bands are better than I expected! They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far). The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable. It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.
