These are amazing toddlers love them as they think it’s an iPad and teenagers use them as a whiteboard

Firstly gave this for a 3 year old present and the mum said it was great there were 2 for both her children. So ordered set for both our children. Great for car journeys, meals out entertainment and general drawing and writing. Great set and came with spare battery.

A nice size and weight for young children, but will probably break very easily if any weight is put on them. I'd be happy to pack them to take on holiday, but would may sure they're tucked in the middle of soft items (clothes / towels) to minimise the risk of damage.The pens are easily stowed away, and pretty easy to get back out. The cords that attach them to the boards are plenty long enough to be able to write / draw anywhere on the boards.These come with one spare battery for each, and also a small screwdriver to allow the opening of the compartments when needed which is a nice touch. But I struggled for quite a while to get a compartment out after removing the screw the first time. After doing it once it was simpler, but it's not the easiest I've come across.The description has one feature as 'waterproof' which I wasn't inclined to trust. Further down it says ' waterproof screen', which I'm reading as 'splashproof' if a child manages to get some drink on it. The box they come in says 'Do not allow to dip or soak in any liquid'.These are a great price for a starter drawing board for a youngster (currently £8.99 for the 10" twin pack). Also ideal for playing noughts and crosses or hangman, as they save on lots of paper.

Absolutely fantastic I'm a little bit confused as to how they work however I'm not complaining in the slightest because the children absolutely love them. what I did love about these that made me purchase them is that they came in a pack of two. Two birds 1 stone 2 children very very happy!!Super easy to use come with their own stylus and to clear the screen you simply press the button at the bottom. job done great value for money could not recommend enough. perfect for the car!!

This seems to me to be an electronic version of the old, mechanical, Etch A Sketch drawing plaything that was available when I was young (I’m in my 70s …). The 10” measurement refers to the screen diagonal, whereas the device itself measures about 6 3/4" by about 9 3/4" (or about 17cm by 25cm if you prefer). It’s very light, and can easily be held by a child. The pack contains two tablets – one blue, one pink.It was easy to attach the stylus securely and permanently to the tablet. Additionally, the attached stylus can simply be pressed in to a small recess on the tablet for safe keeping – a nice touch. After a sketch has been drawn, it can easily be erased by pressing the Erase button on the lower edge of the tablet – which gives a pleasing little ‘click’ sound as it is depressed. Alternatively, a sketch can be saved by moving a small slider on the back of the tablet to the ‘Lock’ position.Each pad comes with a spare CR2025 battery, though this will have to be stored safely away from children. Also provided is a very small screwdriver which can be used to gain access to the semi-concealed battery compartment. Again, this will have to be stored safely away from children, and I’m a little surprised that these things are even included in a package which may be given – uninspected – to the very young. It’s a safety issue.If you liked Etch A Sketch, then you will probably like this too. Yes, it may help develop manual dexterity and provide an amusing diversion for some children, but I suspect that a device like this probably does not have a long shelf life in terms of its youthful appeal. I suspect that it will be of some fleeting interest to young minds, but little more. But do remove the batteries and screwdriver before you hand this over as a present!
