Love the flour..Not so much to see my flour bag it's OPEN. I like the prices of flour at Amazon but have stopped buying because Everytime I buy Its the same thing..the bags break all over or the bags are open.....Amazon you must work in this problem

Makes an exceptional loaf of bread.
Got it for the wisdom of using a variety of wheats for successful harvests but was blown away with the light, soft, flexible dough that produced a tender delicious loaf. Used half white flour for this first try but will go to all this flour after this. Best dough I every worked.
