As a person who enjoys calming fragrances, this tea is as aromatic as it is flavorful. It has a woodsy, earthy smell. It can be consumed hot or cold. The flavor is mildly bitter and the color is lightly golden. I was surprised to receive freebies along with my tea. I don't know if this is standard practice. Also, shipping was fast and the contents of the box was well packaged. I would buy this again.

my friend asked me to look for tea that was pure ginseng root, nothing else. she could not find this in any other store. luckily, i came across this and sent her a bag! she was so happy when it arrived. she told me that this is actually her favorite tea ever, but she was unable to find it in the states!! i’m glad it made her so happy <3!!
