A great product, good value for money

It's always difficult to judge the efficacy of a supplement after just a couple of weeks testing, but these do feel like a quality option.I'm quite interested in guy health as it's know to have a pretty significant effect on our overall wellbeing, so I've been taking probiotics in one form or another for some time now.I like that these are capsules rather than pressed tablets, and at one a day they're easy to add into your daily supplement stack.They come in a quality screw top bottle, with 60 caps representing two months supply. They're definitely on the more 'premium' end of the price range at £33.29 for 60 caps, but if this is within your budget I feel the quality is worth the little extra.

This is a high quality probiotic with strains that specifically support gut health including constipation and digestion and also support general immunity.They recommend 1 a day which will give you a 60 day supply though they recommend that if you want to have this for Immunity then you would have 2 a day which would be a 30 day supply.They don't need to be refrigerated and these could be quite handy when you are travelling as it provides the important gut and immunity support.It doesn't have any fillers or colours and the capsules are easy to take. It is something you would have to take over a longer period of time to feel benefits but it does seem like a good quality probiotic.

My waist tend to increase almost one size after a meal, even a small one. Therefore I have been trying different brands of probiotic. The ingredients here is impressive and I am experiencing less bloating. However, I found almost same results with cheaper brands.

My usual probiotic is £50/month so at £33 for 2 months supply this is considerably cheaper. I am finding it ok so far, no side effects and comfortable capsule size.Good quality brown glass jar makes for decent storage to keep the product in good condition.
