It has all the nutrients and minerals your body needs
I was looking for a multi vitamin that has everything so I don't need to worry about the mind of food I am eating and just to get my macros.. This is a very cheap way to get all the nutrients your body needs, most importantly it gives me the piece of mind that my dies isn't missing anything.

Good value for stronger vitamin
I bought these as I need a strong amount of certain vitamins... Great value for this and I know that at least I'm getting my daily amount of what I need... I find it best to take these with some food as they could make you feel nauseous... My brother can't take them as they upset his stomach after awhile... But great value... Highly recommend

Worth buying.
I haven't really started using it yet, but this is one of the best multivitamins I found that I feel worth purchasing. I love the composition I get with this compared to other multivitamins, and also taking the price into consideration. Hopefully this will work great on me.
