I was hopeful that this would be a great mop. It’s extremely hard to open and close and hard to get into the bucket with water in it when open. I could only get half of it in there. It was too late for me to return it so I’m throwing it away.

It's advertised as self wringing, but I sure can't figure out how that works. Only instructions are how to assemble it. It works great for dusting walls, but washing is more than a bit messy. I don't particularly want a shower while washing walls,

This wall cleaner did what it was supposed to do. The cleaner spray and wall wiper was great.mop and cleaner

I got this to have something quick to wipe down my hardwood stairs and quick clean ups in the kitchen. It can be hard to use because of the way that the mop head tilts. The pads are washable, but they are kind of hard to get off and on. It rings out well and the pads clean well, it's just maneuvering the mop with the swivel that can be a challenge. It's fine for mopping the kitchen floor, but it's not very sturdy and I'm not sure how long it will last. I would not purchase this item again.

I feel like you can't really scrub the floor if you need to and it stays super wet after you rinse it to start mopping again. I use it but once I'm done with all the pads, I'll go back to the libman!

Item arrived in a torn box . The extension pole and clamp were missing . Very obvious the box had been tampered or torn in transit .
