Easy to hold, good grip, I am currently using it to lengthen and strengthen my tendon in my elbow, have been suffering severely from lateral epicondilitis, and my physiotherapist said I needed this to do my excercises, I have used SO many other weights all different shapes and sizes and for my tiny hands and the amount of pain my arm is in - this is by far the most comfy to hold out of the 1kg weights.Came on time as well yay!

i would recommend those fitbells to any girl who wants to put some challenge to their muscles while exercising.i found them very comfortable. they do not slip, even when your hands get a bit sweat.they were cheap but they are very good quality.if you want to see results, buy them straight away and include in your workout routine!!!

These are great, well made, lovely colours and easy to grip. I got a few different weights and so have a nice selection now. These are quite light so perfect for adding a bit of extra resistance to most workouts. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
