I somehow ordered two of the same jackets. When I received the jackets I called Bairs and explained what I did. I told them that my wife wanted one so they connected me with Gretchen. She told me it was real simple to exchange and it was. We now have two very nice, comfortable and well made jackets. Bairs always seems to have merchandise that is out of stock at other dealers. I will buy from them again. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Weak zipper
Zipper broke after about a week of wearing it, and of course it broke at the top and I wasn’t able to unzip it without dislodging it. I’ve wanted this jacket for a while so it’s pretty disappointing.
