Haha Well we have here is a pen that uses invisible ink but can only be seen in a special light. These are cool! I figured I would have some fun and add some depth to a campaign by writing hidden messages with these pens. The players can keep the messages as a momento for the campaign. They are good quality pens; take your time like any other pen if your rush you can smear the ink. Though id does dry up relatively quickly depending on the environment you are physically in. Haha. The functions like any other; I would suggest to buy a black light. Like any other invisible ink pen if you look closely enough you can see what is written without the black light. They are cheap; but personally think they are worth the money. Especially if one of your players ends up find one during their quest. Purchased these for my 10-year-old imaginative grandson. He LOVED writing secret messages with them, revealing with the blacklight feature. Great fun!

I purchased these to go with some books that I purchased my grandkids that used UV light they are perfect for what we need them for I cannot comment on the larger yet because we have not used them the law periods of time. However they are very simply made so be careful with the switch but they are cheap so you get what you pay for

My son and my mother are pen pals. He writes coded letters to her, so we had to send her a pack to write back. They are GREAT!

My son had used these at a "glow party" day at school and begged me for them until I finally broke down and bought them with some other birthday party stuff. THESE ARE COOL! I was imagining the weak invisible pens of my youth, but these are just a clear ink with some UV magic that is visible when you use the attached light. The pens are juicy felt tips, and super satisfying to write with. And, as proven by my 8yo, perfect for leaving mildly insulting post-it notes all over your house.

This was a good buy for a cheap black light and pen combo. All the pens and lights worked. They're not the best quality in the world but seem generally fine. The switch that turn on the light seems little loose so if you turned it on and off a lot it could break with lots of use. The lid which is the light could get lost easily since it doesn't fit on the back. Overall recommend.

These have been really fun for the kids. They have spent a lot of time using them!
