A quality product and great customer service
I bought the Airuida Antique Brass Wall Mount Kitchen Sink Faucet some weeks ago and finally had it installed recently. Installation was a bit difficult but that was mostly due to the very old (c. 1900) interior water pipe configurations in that sink. It looks great, the gold tone is very pleasing and not at all garish, it really makes a major aesthetic difference in my old fashioned kitchen. It also works very well. I love the feature that allows the nozzle to rotate 360. Water flows out rapidly.A few days after installation, with normal use, something failed inside one of the faucet handles and water flow could not be shut off. I had to turn off the cold water valve for my kitchen.I contacted the seller and explained the problem, and asked for a replacement part. I sent a short video showing the problem, at their request. They responded immediately, very courteously, and promised to send me an entirely new faucet set, the entire product, asap. It arrived within a day and the problem was solved. They were most helpful at all times. This is great customer service! I recommend this product and this seller very highly.

Great customer service
I bought this faucet for my kitchen sink. It arrived quickly and was pleased with the quality. It’s very heavy and nice. While we were installing, we noticed we needed a different inlet so I reached out and got a response right away. They agreed to send us the exact inlet we needed with no charge, we only needed to pay for shipping. The new inlet arrived extremely fast and was exactly what we needed to install with the current piping we have in our home.I’m very happy with the product but even more pleased with the customer service we received. I will definitely buy again from this company.

The faucet looks beautiful.
The knobs were working in opposite direction, but was an easy fix by flipping a disk in the cartridge.The seller was nice enough to give a discount for parts that were better suited for my install.

Nice faucet
Nice looking and ease of use- installation not for the novice- not alot of ease of installation variables. Works perfect but not easy to install.

This looks smaller in person and not as bright.
This faucet is made with great materials but you will definitely need good lighting to see the beauty.Its also better for a small space. In a bigger kitchen, it looks pretty small.Overall I'm glad I bought it, but wish I new it would cost more due to the need for a plumber and welding
