Fasting Electrolytes No Sugar No Calorie Drink, Sparkling Blueberry

I will say im a bigger fan of the lemon than I am the blueberry but its still not bad. Ive only tried the sparkling of both flavors and they aren't bad, just prefer the lemon more lol.They definitely help when fasting to give that extra boost your needing to help through the day. Of course if your a very active person, these will help you not feel like death during a fast.

Normally, I love this product, but when I received it, it smells heavily of perfume for some reason. Even washing the cans it still smells like perfume.

It works! Purchased one case first just to make sure I liked it and it actually works as they promised. I now have purchase several cases so I may start another extended fast. This beverage makes a difference and it helps to extend my fasting, if desired. The taste is delicious and refreshing. I felt alert and noticed I was desiring to drink one first thing in the morning. I’m now able to have a manageable day with my work and fast at the same time. I’ve currently tried the “Still Lemon “ and waiting for their other flavor and carbonation ones to arrive. It’s nice to have a variety of options. So yes, I highly recommend!

It’s a decent product combined with a strict diet and a lot of other water.

I’m a 26 year veteran nurse and I cannot recommend this drink enough!!! It tastes delicious, has no garbage, and gives you all the good stuff. I work long hours and breaks are never guaranteed to be on time. It is very common for me to work 8 hours before I get lunch. So it’s a forced fasting situation! I need to be clear headed, need energy, need hydration and don’t want to sugar crash. This drink is a my daily savior! It gives me an all the things I need and I have zero guilt drinking it. It will not impact blood sugar, i don’t get the jitters because the caffeine is just the right amount. It also helps me not feel ravenously hungry. Highly recommended!!

This is great. Decided to give fasting another try but I was worried about feeling nauseous like I did the last time. Using Fastrx as my base, not only did I not feel nauseous, but I felt normal. This allowed me to fast but carry on with life as usual. Will definitely be buying it again - it tastes really good and I will be trying the other flavors so I can mix and match during my next fast.
