I have a cabin in one of the snowiest places in the US and have been on the same pair for two years and there is no visible wear and the rubber is still soft. I use them with a pair of round-toed Keen winter boots and they almost never slip off. I have never slipped on all degrees of snow and ice.They are overkill for light urban snow, but shine in thick ice and snow crust and may save you from injury. They are not particularly comfortable on hard terrain and can slide on grocery store linoleum but that is not what they are intended for and a quick grocery run is fine. They are essentially aggressive tire chains for your boots.People at ski resorts and elsewhere always ask where I bought them when they see me walk right over ice people are tiptoeing over. Highly recommend.

Works great but This one does not have adjustable toe strap. So it will not fit all boots. I have red wing King toe with steel toe and they wont work on them. You would have to modify the strap to work.

These do not work at all. The fancy metal teeth just slip and slide on ice. I’ve used the spiral coil cheaper ones for years in much worse weather and they are far superior. Will get those again.

I use the other Diamond cleats from YakTrax regularly. These don't fit the same as those, they're smaller. I wasn't able to get them over my hard-toe shoe easily. Once I did, one popped off the first day. Quality is there but don't expect the fit to be the same.

The size is correct based on other products I have of this brand. The problem I have with them is that they fall off the toe. Customer Service was not available via phone and when I tried email, I had to wait and then the deadline to return had passed. Then, the email did not address my question, it was a generic answer. Very dissatisfied with this product. Yaktrax does make better products but I don't know what happened in this case.
