There is a single draw string and toggle at one end that doesn’t seem to draw the string effectively around the skirt. The material is not as thick as I expected it to be. You get what you pay for and I think I’ll live with it and see how it fares over the winter.

Covers arrived in good time. They are very thin and lightweight. Compared to what is on the market, quality seems poor. One winter and they will be finished I think. Not the cheapest nor most expensive but I expected better products. I’ve purchased many outdoor furniture covers for different products and these are least impressive in terms of thickness and quality. One draw string for the whole cover is not nearly enough to secure it.. pretty rubbish and not the cheapest..

The sun lounger cover is perfect for plenty of different outdoor furniture, personally I used it for a small table. It has passed the test at dealing with the weather as we have had lots of wind and rain recently and it has remained perfectly in tact. Would recommend.

I was surprised that there is just a single drawstring tie on this large sun lounger/garden furniture cover. I thought there would be one at least at each end, if not each corner.I really like the waxy, waterproof material which feels very good quality but I have a very windy, exposed garden and the wind gets under the sun lounger and lifts the cover. I have tied it to the sun lounger's bar so it doesn't go flying in a gale but think I'll also need to weigh it down with a brick. You're meant to pull the drawstring tight around the entire piece of furniture but that's a large area to feed the tie so it's completely taut as you would for a drawstring bag, for instance, and it's best to try to do part of that before putting the cover over the sun lounger, then continue to pull it tight.It's a bit fiddly and not ideal, especially in a windy garden and it also means there's a long, long string which can be part tucked under but, in a windy garden full of wildlife and a curious dog, it's not ideal at all. The dog and foxes love playing around the patio and I'd worry they or the birds might get tangled it in. This really lets it down for me where I use it.That said, just having one tie wouldn't be such an issue in a more sheltered garden or for storing the sun lounger in an outbuilding. It will also be great not to have to clean bird poop off the lounger when the season starts again.4* – Great waterproof material, a good size but really let down by just having one drawstring tie at one end which takes time and effort to feed through to pull taut – and the wind still gets under it, regardless. It's just unnecessarily fiddly which is a shame as the material's great. It would have been 5* with better fixings.
