Omega One Goldfish Small Pellets 8oz

Quality food with 3 different sizes of pellets depending on the size of your goldfish. It’s nice the pellets sink and prevent your fish from gulping air at the surface with other brands of floating food. My water quality stays better for longer. My goldfish is able to eat all the pellets and not have food floating everywhere and begin to decay.

Back in November I had an appointment with a fish vet. She checked my water parameters and the water change routine which were great. When asked what I was feeding them she said it wasn’t good for my fancy goldfish because there was too much fiber and not enough protein. Several foods were recommended and I chose to switch to Omega One Goldfish Pellets. It’s April now - the change in my fish is remarkable! They had an amazing growth spurt! I’m posting a couple photos showing the tail fin’s new growth on oranda Smokee. Her wen bulked up too. I like the ingredients. There’s no mysterious ‘fish meal’, there’s salmon, whole herring, wheat germ and shrimp, pea powder plus vitamins. No artificial flavors either. My fish 😊 love it!

The food seems to be of decent quality and my goldfish love eating it. Most of the pellets do sink but they sink pretty fast so feed them slowly. Most importantly though, my goldfish no longer have constipation or swim bladder issues after switching from flakes to this. Would definitely recommend.

Good for gold fish

These are my go-to pellets for my goldfish in the water troughs at the farm. They are the perfect size whether the goldfish are young or mature. It is amazing to watch them devour the pellets as they slowly drift downward. Seldom do the ever get more than halfway down before they are eaten. I have tried not feeding new goldfish and have them rely on the algae in the tank for food. They seem to grow much quicker and bigger with the pellets.
