amazing!
I've been using the MassaMax 339 for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it's been a game changer for my home relaxation routine. The 4D massage technology really gets deep into my muscles, working out all the tension and leaving me feeling like a new person. The soothing airbags are a nice touch too, making each session incredibly enjoyable. One of my favorite features is the auto footrest. It adjusts perfectly to my comfort level, and the yoga stretch feature has genuinely improved my flexibility and overall relaxation. I also love the graphene back therapy—it provides just the right amount of heat to soothe my lower back. The chair's user interface is super easy to use. I can control it with my voice or through the touch screen, which makes the whole experience feel pretty high-tech. The zero gravity setting is fantastic—it's like floating on air and is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The full-body airbag massage and the foot rollers are amazing. Together, they deliver a comprehensive massage that leaves me feeling completely refreshed. With 15 preset programs and customization options, I can always find the perfect massage for whatever I need at the moment. MassaMax's support and service have also been impressive. With over 50 showrooms nationwide, a 3-year warranty, and 24/7 customer support, they really stand by their product. Finding a showroom near me was easy, and their customer service has been top-notch. All in all, the MassaMax 339 is a fantastic addition to my home. It's a high-quality massage chair that significantly enhances my relaxation and well-being. If you're looking to upgrade your home wellness setup, I highly recommend it.

My thoughts
So I think for the money this chair is OK. There was a few things I didn’t like and that was for me since I’m a bigger guy. It seemed a little bit tight for me to get in the chair so if you’re a bigger gentleman you might rethink about getting a little bit bigger chair than this one but like I said, it’s better than some of the chairs. I’ve been to at furniture stores to try to charge you a fortune, but I would have to say the best chair I’ve ever been in was at the county fair and they were selling for $12,000 laugh out loud but they were the best massage chairs I’ve ever tried in my whole life but compared to this one. It’s OK.

I recently purchased the MassaMax MT339 massage chair, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The advanced 4D massage technology provides a deep, therapeutic experience that truly relaxes and soothes every muscle. The auto footrest and yoga stretch features are fantastic, automatically extending for maximum comfort and enhancing my flexibility with deep yoga stretches. The graphene back therapy is a game-changer, providing targeted heating for pain relief and relaxation in my lower back. The chair also offers a full body airbags massage that envelops my body in luxurious comfort, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The sleek, modern design of the MT339 looks amazing in my living room, adding a touch of elegance. Highly recommend this massage chair for anyone looking to elevate their relaxation experience!

Too hard
This massage chair massages too hard to the piot it feels uncomfortable. The touch screen doesn't work well and when the massage is over the chair doesn't go back to its original position. It stays reclined

Nervousness was Unwarranted
I have to admit I was nervous about this chair because I didn't get a chance to try it before I purchased it. In my search for the best chair for me, I definitely tried plenty of massage chairs over the 7-8 months. Some of these chairs were well above the 5K mark. Personally, I couldn't see myself paying that much for a massage chair. So I started looking for chairs that were in the 2.5K to 3.5K price range. When I came upon the MT339 for 1.9K, I was surprised that it had 90% of the features I saw in the higher price chairs, and it made me think it was cheap and wouldn't be what I wanted. I also learned that this was a relatively new company and took into consideration that maybe the reason the chair was lower than I expected was because they were trying to build their brand. Hoping this was the case, I ordered the chair. So let 's get to the chair itself. Delivery Once I ordered the chair, Amazon said the chair would be delivered a few weeks out. The next day, I received a call from Kirsten of Massage Maximum, and she wanted to make sure the delivery process was going to be smooth. She asked me questions what the delivery location, and gave me the specifications of the box. Once we were sure the location was okay and the specs were fine for delivery, she informed me delivery would occur in 3-5 business days. I ordered the chair on Monday and it was delivered on Friday. :-) When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and offered to put the chair wherever I wanted it. He brought the chair to my front door. When I looked at the box, I asked him about the weight, and he said it was in the 242lbs. range but that's including the pallet. I have to admit it made me a little nervous because my wife and I are seniors. I really should have done a video for this part to show how my concerns were unwarranted because it was REALLY easy to get the chair inside. We unpacked the chair outside to see what we were dealing with. When we opened the box, the chair was completely put together except for the footrest. We tilted the chair onto the wheels, easily lifted the, now, 192 lbs chair across the door seal and placed the chair where we wanted it. The next step was to install the footrest. VERY SIMPLE. Two screws and that's it! We looked at the chair to judge the quality and feel of the chair. We were very surprised at how well the chair was put together. The next step was to test the chair. Oh man!!!! This thing has A LOT of power! I love the way it feels and the rollers and airbags are on point! It's super quiet and easy to figure out. We are EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. If anything changes in the future, I will update.

Its ok
The delivery was great. The price is decent for the chair but keep in mind as other reviewers mention you are not getting all the features outlined. The voice command sucks completely so just turn it off. I don't feel any heat at all when that feature is on so you can X that off also. The massage sometimes hurts... actually most of the time hurts in the lower backarea so u need some towls or something to put behind u. I find myself not relaxing and tensing up instead and thats even on the lowest 4D setting. The air bags are decent but the shoulder ones are not that strong. I love the leg and foot massage bc it truly grabs your feet and ankles and stretches them a bit and when they are sore it feels great. That lower back will kill u though... it hurts! The appearance of the chair is nice also and the set up was easy. Its a good contender to the more expensive massage chairs but if I had the 4000 bucks or more to spend on one of those that is what I would prefer. The bluetooth feature doesnt really work well either. So all in all you are paying for all these features that u are not really getting so keep that in mind as you shop around.

Product great but delivery sucked!
Package arrived. Assembled it and tired a few different massages. So far, its great, but there is a learning curve to learn to use it. Only problem was with delivery. Amazon promised to deliver into a room. they left package outside with the palette. I had to push it into my home by myself. Now, I am stuck with a huge palette.
