I recently purchased the Trueview Wireless Router 4G Mobile Sim Based Router with Four Antenna, expecting it to provide reliable internet connectivity. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the setup process was unnecessarily complicated. The instructions were poorly written and difficult to follow, which made the initial configuration a frustrating experience. Once I finally got the router set up, I found that the signal strength was disappointing. Despite having four antennas, the coverage was weak and inconsistent. I experienced frequent dropouts, even when using the router in close proximity. Moreover, the internet speed was far below expectations. Despite having a strong 4G signal from my mobile provider, the router failed to deliver consistent and reliable speeds. Streaming videos, video conferencing, and even basic browsing were plagued by buffering and lag. Another major issue was the router's stability. It would often reboot itself randomly, causing interruptions in my internet connection. This instability made it impossible to rely on the router for any important online activities. Customer support was also a letdown. When I reached out for assistance, the response was slow, and the solutions provided were ineffective. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and ultimately, the support team was unable to resolve the issues I faced. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the Trueview Wireless Router 4G Mobile Sim Based Router. Its poor performance, unreliable connectivity, and lack of effective customer support make it a product I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options on the market.

Working property no errors observed till the day signal strength and connectivity is ok good connectivity with WiFi cameras

Setup & Value: Easy to set up; average speed for the price. ​The Issue: Failed to connect to Wi-Fi. ​Support: Reached out to the help center but received no helpful response. ​The Struggle: Decided to return the item, but the process has been difficult and remains unresolved.

Using wired router once in a month there was compalint, about disconnection, off and on resetting, but after using this wireless sim base router , off and on disconnection problem solved , Even it covers ground plus three floors, without extender, strongly suggest to buy , only thing is data speed is low as it’s seem based router,

This is not up to the mark as it is written 4G/5G sim support it doesn't use 5G data which is free on my sim. Totally Gross, Customer dis -satisfaction Amazon may pls take return of the product as it is not working as per display may require the refund pls.
