Great for table top roasting
This table top mini firepit is just as described. It is perfect for indoor or outdoor roasting of marshmallows on a table or other flat surface. My kids love to roast marshmallows but in the winter it is often too cold or miserable to roast them outside. This tabletop pit is perfect for a session of roasting indoors. It is super simple to setup. You remove the firepit from the box in one piece. It has a metal insert which is used to hold the fuel. We used 70% isopropyl alcohol that we already had on hand as fuel. I would only put half an inch or so in the fuel bowl to minimize any spills and used a long lighter to get it started. It produces a nice flame that is perfect for roasting but not too large. We were able to roast a marshmallow in a matter of seconds and the kids absolutely loved it. Kids and adults of all ages will find enjoyment from using this pit.The great thing about isopropyl alcohol is that it isn't so flammable that it is a huge concern. It burns slower than other fuels and isn't in danger of exploding or causing a flash fire. The only thing it didn't include that I wish it would have was a fire snuffer. However you can use any flat object to cover the opening and snuff out the flame quickly. I expect we will get many years of use out of this table top firepit.

Fire!
My family and I really enjoy having fires in our backyard. They are relaxing to watch and to roast marshmallows over. But, building a fire is sort of a hassle some days especially if we don't have much time to enjoy it. Imagine my delight when I found this little thing. It is very solid and quite heavy. You would not want to drop it on your foot! The fire pot just slides in to the center, so it can easily be removed for cleaning. It is so easy to get a fire going in this thing! Just put in some isopropyl alcohol and light it. I was surprised how high the flames got though, so you definitely don't want to place this under anything or especially close to anything. There is no smoke or ash, and with the extinguisher, it is super easy to put the fire out when finished. When we used it, I put about a quarter of an inch of alcohol in the fire pot, and that lasted long enough for my whole family (5 people) to toast our fill of marshmallows. Even after having a fire going for that long, the base was cool to the touch. Be aware that when you put out the fire, if there is still alcohol in the pot, there is a strong alcohol smell for a minute or so. It dissipated quickly though.

I love this thing!
I finally got around to trying this little tabletop fire pit, and I love it. I put in about 30mL of 91% iso alcohol to test it, grabbed my ferro rod and steel, and tossed a quick spark into it. It lit immediately, and burned for an easy 10 minutes. I was impressed with the size and movement of the flame. It varied between 12 and 18 inches high, and was pleasing to look at. It would make for an excellent centerpiece if sitting around outdoors on the patio. It doesn't put off a lot of heat to the sides, and the cement exterior is an excellent insulator. It remained cold to the touch all around the outside after the fuel had burned completely. You do need to make sure nothing is within 3-4 feet above the flame though.Being an alcohol stove, it's "safe" to burn inside, but there is always a risk of fire. So keep the snuff lid close by and never leave the fire unattended. Having a dedicated bottle of water nearby wouldn't be a bad idea, just in case.I'll be using this a lot.

Really nice well made table top fire bowl.
Really nice well made table top fire bowl. This is made from a heavy concrete material. It has a metal insert that goes inside that holds the alcohol which is the fuel you use inside fire bowl. it also comes with a lid. This works very well and is very pretty when lit and even when it isn’t. This would make a nice housewarming gift. I have really enjoyed using this.

table top fire pit
was expecting something more elaborate, but actually this table top fire pit is actually quite nice, super easy to use, could be dangerous if your not careful, ceramic bowl, which is very thick and sturdy, comes with a aluminum cup inside, of which you pour 70-90% alcohol into, and ignite and it stays lite until the alcohol has burned out, I like it because there are no fumes, no smelly chemical, just alcohol, nice flame, sit it on the center of the table and enjoy, I would sit on a patio table outdoor, I personally would not use inside, although I'm sure you could, just have to keep out of reach of young kids,

Too Cute!!!
This little tabletop fireplace is awesome. It's a small footprint so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The ceramic is high heat resistant so it can take the heat. It's well made and great quality. I purchased for when I sit outside on my patio to keep the bugs away. I love that this fireplace is odorless and smokeless. It's durable and sturdy and has a nice strong base. It's portable and can be taken anywhere. It includes 3 pieces, the ceramic bowl, the extinguisher and the steel burn chamber. A great value and find. It's easy to use as all it needs is rubbing alcohol. I highly recommend. It's very nice.

Nice little decorative tabletop firepit
This is a nice decorative firepit. It's nicely sized to fit on a table. It only requires a little alcohol to get a decent to tall sized flame. Using 92% Isopropyl alcohol produces no visible smoke. Be aware that burning alcohol does produce carbon monoxide, although this would be less then a natural gas stove. I've used this a couple times just to spice up my living area and I've also used it once to make some toasted marshmallow smores. The firepit works great for both scenarios. It's heavy and very stable.
